Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

This policy constitutes the full terms and conditions governing cancellations. No representation or terms stated prior to or at the time of cancellation shall bind the parties unless made in accordance with this policy.

3. Cancellation Process

A request for cancellation must be submitted in a manner prescribed by the company. Failure to adhere to the prescribed process may result in the non-recognition of the cancellation.

The customer agrees to comply with all relevant legal obligations applicable to the cancellation process. This includes ensuring that any requests for cancellation are submitted within any statutory time limits.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the terms of this cancellation policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which the company operates.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

10. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, the minimum subscription commitment is 6 months, or 6 reoccurring payments, after which you will gain the ability to cancel your subscription. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

By subscribing, you agree to our Cancellation Policy. Any attempt to charge back a transaction will be disputed by our company. Subscribers waive the right to initiate chargebacks against transactions, as they are governed by the terms of this agreement.
