Refund policy

Order Cancellation 

Once orders have been shipped out, we are unable to cancel or refund orders. In the event that you change your mind about your order before we have shipped out your package, we may cancel your order, however we reserve the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee for covering payment processing fees. 

Returns

Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your product arrived, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sealed in the original packaging. You will need to provide photo & video proof by sending an email to info@luvifyofficial.com to request a refund. Only items purchased for regular price are eligible for returns and refunds. Items purchased on sale are final sale. If you're eligible for a refund, it'll be processed in 3-5 business days after our warehouse has received and inspected the product. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds

For packages that are refused, or unclaimed, please be informed that we don't process refunds or reshipment. Should you wish to have it redelivered, you will pay for the shipping cost. We may suspend or cancel payment or refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful or other manipulative behavior that entitles Luvify to a corresponding counterclaim.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds if your product is used or opened. Customers must understand that every individuals' user experience is personal and unique. Luvify Official cannot promise or guarantee 100% satisfaction as that's varied based on how each individual's body reacts. We can only provide a safe, discreet, and secure shopping experience for our customers. We do not provide refunds for subscription payments or toys purchases through a subscription program. Opened or unopened. 

Refunds for subscriptions

You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal. The only time when the subscription can't be cancelled is if you started a subscription which requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it. The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. 

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must complete a minimum of 6 months (6 reoccurring payments) before you will have the option to cancel. This is due to the tight margins and agreement with the corresponding creator  of our very generous subscription offer. These margins require at least a 6 month commitment. To reiterate, you CANNOT cancel your subscription until you've completed 6 months or 6 reoccurring payment orders, and received 6 toys. 

Items in transit

If your items are still and listed as "in transit" or on their way, we cannot issue a refund on the item. This is because once your orders are shipped, shipping is solely the responsibility of couriers. Please understand the possibilities of delays due to Covid-19 and some orders may take longer. We do not provide refunds for orders in transit.

In any case that you are approved for a refund, said refund must be processed through the original method of payment. If for any reason that is not possible, a store credit may be issued and the decision to do so is solely ours. 

Incorrect Address/ Orders Marked as Delivered 

We do not provide any refund/ compensation/ or reshipment if you've provided an incorrect shipping address during the time of checkout. It is solely the customers responsibility to provide us with 100% accurate delivery information when the order is placed. By placing an order with us, you are responsible for providing the address of a secure shipping location as we'll not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received from the courier. Please take care in providing your shipping information, apartment number, recipient, and complete shipping address. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Packages delivered to the wrong address, marked as undeliverable/ disposed, incomplete address, or return to sender will not result in a replacement or refund. 

Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for all duties/taxes imposed by the destination country the package is being shipped to. It's the customers responsibility to ensure that the items they are ordering aren't prohibited or illegal in their home country. If products are seized by the destination country customs due to being illegal or not permitted under their local laws, no refunds will be issued.

Incase, an order is returned by the courier due to non-payment of duty, delayed payment, or if you cancel an order after it has been shipped; the customer will have to bare charges of shipment back to our warehouse plus an additional $30 restocking fee.
