Product Warranty
All Luvify products are covered under our complimentary 3 month warranty against any defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover any damages or malfunctions caused by misuse, accidents, water damage, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we ask that you kindly send us a brief email description with pictures and videos attached to info@luvifyofficial.com After reviewing the evidence, we will respond to you within 5-7 business days.
If our warranty team determines that your product failed due to a manufacturing defect, we kindly ask that you send your item back to us and we will either repair the product free of charge or replace it at our discretion. The customer is responsible for all postal costs. (No refunds can be issued 30 days after purchase) For more information, please see our refund policy here.
** Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will not be deemed valid. All real postage costs for the sending and return of products are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded. **
