Your privacy is very important to us and with our discreet packaging you can shop with confidence. Each order is shipped in plain packaging, the only person getting excited by your delivery is you. We'll never write any sexual words on the package. No one will know what is inside.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9AM - 6PM E.T.
Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders can be shipped from any of our warehouses around the world based on availability.
Express Domestic Shipping: 3 -14 business days to arrive after pickup by DHL or other couriers.
Free Standard Domestic Shipping: 8 -15 business days to arrive after pickup by DHL or other couriers.

There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, etc.) Although we do our best to process all orders within 3-5 businesses days, there may be circumstances and delays that our couriers may experience. We thank you for your patience and for this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date; delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Incorrect Address/ Orders Marked as Delivered / Address Undeliverable
We do not provide any refund/ compensation/ or reshipment if you've inputted an incorrect shipping address during the time of checkout. It is solely the customers responsibility to provide us with 100% accurate delivery information when the order is placed. Please make sure you ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received from the courier. Please take care in providing your shipping information, apartment number, recipient, and complete shipping address. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Packages delivered to the wrong address, marked as undeliverable/ disposed, incomplete address, or return to sender will not result in a replacement or refund. If you have any delivery issues, contact your local post office. We may suspend or cancel payment or refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful or other manipulative behavior that entitles Luvify to a corresponding counterclaim.Address Undeliverable/ Return back to sender
Incase orders returned by the courier due to non-payment of duties, undeliverable address, wrong address, or if you cancelled an order after it has been shipped, the customer will have to bare charges of shipment back to our warehouse plus an additional $30 restocking fee.
Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received.
COVID-19
Due to many parts of the world affected by Covid-19 lock down, delivery services are taking longer to process orders. Our own team is working around the clock to ensure we process your orders as efficiently as possible. Thank you for understanding at this time and we hope everyone stays safe!
Customs Taxes
Luvify cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Customers are responsible for all duties/taxes imposed by the destination country the package is being shipped to. It's the customers responsibility to ensure that the items they are ordering aren't prohibited or illegal in their home country. If products are seized by the destination country customs due to being illegal or not permitted under their local laws, no refunds will be issued.
